  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)

Optional Additions

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (for extra tenderness in the marinade)
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (for a spicy kick)
  • Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Cut the chicken into 1 to 2-inch cubes for even cooking.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel to help the marinade stick better.

Step 2: Make the Marinade

  1. In a large bowl, mix together:

  7. Paprika (optional)

  9. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly.
  10. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor. (If short on time, you can skip marinating and cook immediately.)

Step 3: Choose Your Cooking Method

  1. You can cook Greek Chicken Bites in a skillet, air fryer, oven, or grill.

Skillet (Stovetop) – Quick & Easy

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, flipping once, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

Air Fryer – Crispy & Fast

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
