Instructions

  • In a clean jar or glass container, add chia seeds, ground flaxseed, fenugreek seeds, and cumin.
  • Pour in the hot water and stir well.
  • Let the mixture rest and soak for 30 minutes (or overnight for maximum gel formation).
  • Once soaked, squeeze in fresh lemon juice and stir again.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or ginger if desired.
  • Drink slowly on an empty stomach or between meals.
