salmon fillets

olive oil

lemon
sliced

garlic cloves

cherry tomatoes

Sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Lightly oil the crockpot and layer tomatoes and garlic on the bottom
Add salmon fillets, season with spices, top with lemon slices
Pour in ¼ cup of broth or white wine
Cook on LOW for 1.5–2 hours
Garnish and serve with sides of choice
