Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Lightly oil the crockpot and layer tomatoes and garlic on the bottom
  • Add salmon fillets, season with spices, top with lemon slices
  • Pour in ¼ cup of broth or white wine
  • Cook on LOW for 1.5–2 hours
  • Garnish and serve with sides of choice
