Equipment

  • 1 Mason Jar Or any 10–12 oz glass
  • 1 Spoon For stirring
  • 1 Small bowl To soak chia seeds before mixing

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds Soaked in water 10 minutes
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Raw unfiltered preferred
  • 0.5 Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger Fresh for best benefits
  • 1 tsp Raw honey Optional for flavor
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon Optional boosts flavor & balance
  • 8 –10 oz Warm water Filtered

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds to a small bowl with 3 oz of warm water. Let it soak for 10 minutes.
  • In a mason jar, combine lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, grated ginger, and cinnamon (if using).
  • Add soaked chia mixture and remaining warm water into the jar. Stir well.
  • Optionally, add raw honey and mix until dissolved.
  • Let rest 2–3 more minutes before drinking, or refrigerate for later.
  • Shake or stir before drinking. Enjoy on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before meals.
