- 1 tbsp Chia seeds Soaked in water 10 minutes
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Raw unfiltered preferred
- 0.5 Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp Grated ginger Fresh for best benefits

- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon Optional boosts flavor & balance
- 8 –10 oz Warm water Filtered
Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds to a small bowl with 3 oz of warm water. Let it soak for 10 minutes.
In a mason jar, combine lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, grated ginger, and cinnamon (if using).
Add soaked chia mixture and remaining warm water into the jar. Stir well.
Optionally, add raw honey and mix until dissolved.
Let rest 2–3 more minutes before drinking, or refrigerate for later.
