Instructions
 

  • Soak chia seeds in 1 cup of water for 10–15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, juice the lemon and grate the ginger.
  • In a jar or glass, combine apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and soaked chia.
  • Add cayenne and honey/maple syrup if using.
  • Stir or shake well.
  • Serve immediately or chill for up to 24 hours.
